How long does the adoption process take?

Once you complete the adoption form and payment, we'll plant your tree within 2-4 weeks (depending on season and location). You'll receive your digital certificate immediately and the first update within a month of planting.

Can I visit my adopted tree?

Yes! We provide the exact location coordinates of your tree. You can visit it anytime. For trees in protected areas or forests, we may arrange guided visits on specific days. We'll share all visiting guidelines with your adoption package.

What happens if my adopted tree doesn't survive?

We have a 98% survival rate thanks to our careful planting and maintenance. In the rare event that your tree doesn't survive (due to natural causes beyond our control), we will replace it with a new tree at no additional cost to you within the first year.

Can I adopt a tree as a gift for someone?

Absolutely! Tree adoption makes for a wonderful and meaningful gift. During the adoption process, you can specify that it's a gift and provide the recipient's details. We'll send the digital certificate and updates to them directly.

What's included in the maintenance fee?

The maintenance fee covers regular watering, pruning, protection from pests and animals, soil nourishment, and overall care to ensure your tree grows healthy and strong. It also includes the cost of sending you regular updates and growth reports.

Can I extend my adoption after the initial period?

Yes! We'll notify you 60 days before your adoption period ends with an option to renew. You can extend for another term or upgrade to lifetime adoption. Many of our guardians choose to extend their adoption to continue supporting their tree's growth.
